Guys, please cut your replays for fast lap !!!
If I cut your replay then your name will be replaced with mine, so please
make sure you send me one fast lap, not 5 or 6 of them !!!!
THE CHANGE OF THE RULES !!!!
So to resolve the problem with altering the track.txt file from now, I prepared special utility for registering your record. NOTE: the usage of the util is not required !!!
You can use it to proof that your replays are checked for chating. All the records made with this util will have special marks (!!!) for other drivers, that this record was checked. I'll still accept the replays made without the help of this of this util, but remeber, that those replays may be questionable by the other drivers...
USAGE: Start the util, run your race or practice then save the replay
and exit the sim - it will ask you some questions - answer them and
send the RRC file to me. NOTE: Util checks how much time you were
spending at the track, so if you start the game, make your laps, exit
the sim and start the util without running the game it will report
to me that your time at the track was 5 or 6 seconds !!! Those
laps won't get the (!!!), because it is the gateway for possible
cheating. I'm sorry !!! And remember - the usage of the util is
optional - if you do't want to use it, the laps made without it are
still accepted.

Track color meanings:
NAVY: Original Nascar 99 track
RED: Original Nascar 2 track
GREEN: Track converted from Indycar 2
Note: some tracks are similar in N2 and N99, then they will be recognized as
N2's tracks
RULES:
1. Records may be from any session: race, testing, qualifying. Also drafting records will be accepted. Replays have RPT extension !
2. If the record was made NOT at the original Nascar 99 track you'll have to tell the orogin of the track (N2 or ICR2)
3. for road courses (touring): If you ran at the grass - at least ONE wheel must touch the trackside line or the track. With ALL 4 wheels at the grass/outside the track - the record won't be accepted
4. NO LAPS will be counted if you hit the wall (however slight touch is allowed), drive at any point with fewer than two tires on the race track (ovals). YOUR LAPS MUST BE CLEAN!
5. Setups without replay won't be accepted !
6. Sim Cyberworld will be accepting touring car records!...PLEASE send them in seconds NOT mph.
7. Please send replay of the record lap + lap time/speed + setup (if you want) via e-mail. Sending the screenshot is optional
8. Please remember to leave a little space before and after the start/finish line while cutting your replays.
9. We will include the top ten times at each race track in this records section.
10. Please ZIP files before sending !!
11. If the record was made at speedway (not short track) and there are AI cars near the player's car,
then record will be considered as made using the draft help !!
