more than 15,000 cubic yards of dirt as the venue prepares
to begin Dirt Weeks 2001, May 30 June

After making dirt racing history in 2000, BMS expands its
UDTRA Dirt Racing Series program in 2001. Three nights of
races and a night of qualifying make up the Battle
of Bristol program in which the nations best
dirt late model competitors will compete for a $200,000

The dirt late model fans let us know in no uncertain
terms that the UDTRA race at Bristol was a very special
event, said O. Bruton Smith, Chairman, Speedway Motorsports,
